Where we deliver

We deliver to serviceable PIN codes across India through courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart and DTDC via our fulfilment provider. Remote PIN codes may take longer or be unserviceable; you will be told at checkout or by WhatsApp before dispatch.

Dispatch and delivery times

• In-stock items dispatch within 24 hours on working days from our fulfilment centre.
• Metros and state capitals: 2 to 4 working days after dispatch. Other towns: 4 to 7 working days.
• Made-to-order pieces (marked on the product page) ship from the workshop in 4 to 6 weeks; we send photographs before dispatch.
• Energised items ship after the pran pratishtha is performed, usually within 3 working days; the video reaches you before the parcel.
• Services such as pujas and consultations are scheduled after checkout and are not shipped.

Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
• Orders below ₹999: ₹79 flat.
• Cash on delivery: a ₹49 handling fee, shown before you place the order.
• Prices include GST. There are no additional charges at delivery except the amount shown for cash-on-delivery orders.

Tracking

Every dispatch gets a tracking number sent on WhatsApp and, if provided, email. Your private order page shows the current status. If a parcel shows delivered but has not reached you, tell us within 48 hours so we can raise it with the courier.

Fragile and high-value items

Idols, lamps, sphatik and marble travel in double-boxed, foam-lined packaging. Gemstones and rudraksha above ₹10,000 ship insured with signature on delivery. Please record an unboxing video for any fragile or high-value parcel; it makes damage claims immediate.

Country of origin

Every product page states the place of making. Products are made in India unless stated otherwise (for example rudraksha of Nepal origin, which is imported and certified in India).
